Not promoting anything here, but thanks to a cool promotion at Blockbuster, I've got unlimited free rentals until the beginning of next month. And, I'm using this opportunity to watch all the movies I've missed over the last year and change.

Love & Other Drugs
I was moved by the thing. Anne Hathaway gave the best performance of her career thus far, and she sold me.
There were times when I watching this film where I felt I was being swept away in a period piece about disease and pharmaceutical companies. Other times, I was watching a super-raunchy comedy where in one scene, a guy watches a sex tape featuring his older brother and his older brother's girlfriend and masturbates. Yes, that happens. Still, there was even another movie: a coming-of-age story about a guy who finally finds his way. I liked parts of the film. About half.
But the half I like, well, I really liked. (3 1/2 out of 5)
