Finally got around to seeing Michael Moore's doc from last year, Capitalism: A Love Story. Not really a love story but a heck of a watch. If you don't enjoy the stuff Moore' made over the last decade, stay away.
Devouring issue 70 of The Believer. It's the Film Issue. Run out and buy it - now!
Also finding myself getting lost in some John Keats. Been meaning to check out Bright Star. (Note: queue up the Jane Champion film on my Netflix.)

By the way, tonight is the Hurley-centric episode "Everybody Loves Hugo," a play on the second season episode title "Everybody Hates Hugo." Given this season's flash-sideways, the title proves things in this "alternate" universe really are different from the original. Or, is the "alternate" the original. Hmm...

Today's writing workshop has Bastard Out Of Carolina author Dorothy Allison taking questions and whatnot from all twelve of us curious students. Not sure what I'm gonna ask, but it'll probably have something to do with the 1996 film adaptation starring Jena Malone in the lead role.
